Previously, Samsung has already published a puzzle on Twitter; solving which, too, could find out the date of the event – now it does not require any effort. Judging by the animated banner, Galaxy Unpacked will present at least a new flexible model of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphone. Samsung will hold the conference to showcase the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4; as well as other new products.
Tae Moon Roh (TM Roh), head of Samsung’s mobile division, said Samsung shipped almost 10 million foldable smartphones to the market last year, up 300% from a year earlier.
Also, the head added that among those 10 million phones, Galaxy Z Flip3 shipments accounted for 70%; exceeding the company’s internal expectations. Samsung believes that with the advent of next-generation foldable smartphones, the demand for such devices will continue to grow.
