Heavily armed military men, on Thursday, rescued NEDCo staff after they were locked up at UDS City Campus near Tamale Technical University, for disconnecting the school’s electricity over dept.
According to the Northern Electricity Distribution Company (NEDCo) staff, the University owed them huge Electricity bills.
