Eugene Arhin will do an excellent job as your MP – Akufo-Addo to Awutu Senya West Chiefs
President of Ghana Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has told Chiefs in the Awutu Senya West Constituency that if the Director of Communications at the Presidency is made their Member of Parliament, he will do a great job for the constituency.
He indicated that even when he is not an MP yet, there are several projects he has lobbied for the constituency and will therefore do more if he wins the New Patriotic Party’s primaries and subsequently wins the Parliamentary seat.
The President made this known while addressing Chiefs and elders of the area during his tour of the Central Region.
“In honour of the late Haruna Isakou who comes from here, I’ve instructed the Minister for Roads and Highways to commence work on the Akorti Junction to Senya Breku road. As you know, your very own the Director of Communications at the Presidency Mr Eugene Arhin has done a very good job in lobbying persistently for this road to be constructed just as he did for the bodwoase-Kasoa road and I assure you that it will be completed before 2024,” he said.

“It is public knowledge that he has the intention of contesting on the ticket of the NPP in 2024. If he is successful in the NPP Parliamentary primaries, nananom, I am confident that he will do a very good job as a Member of Parliament for you. I appeal for all of you to support him if and when that time comes,” he stated.
He continued “you have seen for yourself what he is doing for Awutu Senya West. Indeed it is evident as all of you can see that when the NPP is in power Awutu Senya West develops”.
