Stonebwoy and Ayisha Modi have sadly unfollowed each other on social media for reasons best known to them.

Speculations in the grapevine suggest that Stonebwoy has had enough of Ayisha’s antics and decided to finally cut her off.

Ayisha Modi, the self-acclaimed PR of the award winning singer, has been causing more harm than good to Stonebwoy and most people wanted her out of the BHIM camp.

In her quest to protect the brand of Stonebwoy, Ayisha Modi does the unthinkable Including attacking potential investors and critics of the artiste if they fault.

Whatever it is that is going on between Stonebwoy and Ayisha Modi, I pray they sort it out because I have never seen a fan in my thirty something years go hard for their favourite artist like the way Ayisha does for Stonebwoy. It is sad their beautiful relationship has to end this way.

Elsewhere, Veteran actress, Grace Omaboe, known in showbiz as Maame Dokono, says her biggest regret in life is when Police arrested her for operating an orphanage.

Narrating her ordeal on UTV’s ‘United Showbiz’ hosted by Nana Ama Mcbrown, the seasoned actress said she had opened an orphanage to cater for children with no parents, recruited staff and paying them to effectively run the orphanage but suffered a big blow when the Police turned on her to shut her orphanage down.

She stated she was abroad when she heard the news that the security personnel had stormed her orphanage over some ridiculous allegations against her.

This caused her to make an abrupt return to Ghana to settle the issue but was sent to WAJU, now DOVVSU, for interrogations.

According to her, she was later intimidated by about 10 armed Police officers who were ordered to arrest her but ace investigative Journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas stepped in with his timely intervention in discovering the truth which ended Maame Dokono’s worst nightmare.

“That is what whenever I think about it, I ask myself if opening the orphanage was good or not. A person like me doing good, giving out money to help people, if you can’t applaud me, WAJU, the Police couldn’t do it; then you’re coming to arrest me. Since then, I said I don’t think I will do the orphanage again,” she said.

“Never look back and regret, look back and smile at what you have learned.” – Annoynmous. Whoever said that was right. However, ma’am, I pray you don’t stop doing good to those deprived children.

Afrobeats singer Gyakie, has reacted to a video circulating on social media where she failed to hug young Kumerican rapper Yaw Tog.

The viral video on social media sighted by Myjoyonline.com saw the “Forever” hitmaker hug rapper Kofi Jamar while in the Greenroom at the just ended 2021 All Africa Music (AFRIMA) Awards in Nigeria.

In the said footage, Gyakie however did not pass the same gesture to Yaw Tog who was seated close to Kofi Jamar.

This incident has led to many speculating on Twitter that Yaw Tog was snubbed by Gyakie, therefore, asking if there is a beef between the duo.

But in a tweet amidst this brouhaha spanning out on Wednesday morning, Gyakie hinted at a possible misunderstanding of the video being circulated.

Using an image of the Duke of Cambridge, Prince William, captured in a misconstrued story, she told harsh critics: “Half information and wrong understanding can be very poisonous.”

I’m happy she has come out to set the record straight. The video of your snub circulating on social media was cold as f***

26/11/2021 – We don’t grant interviews because media focuses on negativity – R2Bees

Musical duo R2Bees has fingered the media for their voluntary silent stand against granting interviews in the country.

According to the hip-hop pair, the media keeps twisting interviews to suit their own agenda. And that is a no, no for them.

In an interview with Doreen Avio, Mugeez and Omar Sterling (Paedae) revealed why they choose to keep away from any limelight which doesn’t resonate with a stage.

“When we started, we used to do interviews. It’s not like we’ve been like this from when we came. What we realized is some of the interviews we used to do back then, most of the journalists tried to take advantage. They try to clout chase.” he told Doreen.

Paedae stated that this behaviour is not consistent with their principles as positive people. And hence the need to distance themselves from all the brouhaha.

“We are not just musicians. We are solid human beings. We believe in promoting positivity. So we know how sometimes the media focuses so much on the negative just for clout. So we try to pull ourselves. Not that we don’t want to do interviews, we just try to stay away from the whole negativity.”

Mugeez further explained that they came to make music. And that all others things are secondary and not of importance.

“I believe music is all we do. We came here to sing. So anything apart from it is not our main thing. Once the mic is on, we want to sing. So interviews are like the next thing for us.”

“The monotony and solitude of a quiet life stimulates the creative mind” – Albert Einstein. You see why this group have been in the game for so long? Take a cue folks!!
